Values we Uphold

The motto of Inspire Academy is:
“Learn and Inspire; Reach and Transform”

This motto applies to learners as well as staff. Every individual is a valued part of the school environment and a potential leader. Members of staff have been carefully appointed due to their broad experience, versatility, and capacity to learn and inspire; reach and transform the lives of others within the whole school community.

At Inspire Academy, we value dedication, initiative, belief in the inherent gifts of every child, passion to nourish the leadership potential in everyone, a spirit of co- operation and collaboration, good listening and problem-solving skills, continuous personal reflection, and the will to improve holistically.

Inspire Academy has been established upon universal principles of kindness and respect for all people and the Earth. While it therefore upholds an Islamic ethos, it may equally be said to uphold a Christian ethos. Diversity is an integral part of Inspire Academy, and therefore opportunities to practice individual faiths will be not just tolerated but encouraged. Inspire staff come from diverse national, ethnic and religious backgrounds, and Inspire is a member of the Global Working Group for Compassionate Schools.

At Inspire Academy, non-Muslim pupils will not be required to attend Islamic religious classes, suitable alternatives will be developed for non-Muslim pupils in consultation with their parents, and the school will actively seek out exchange and collaboration activities with Christian-Oriented schools.
